This Privacy Policy describes how Adrion Labs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Habits mobile application (the "App"). We designed Habits to be private by default and to collect the minimum amount of data required to make the App work.
1. Information we collect
Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and, when you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier and email provided by that sign-in service. Creating an account is optional — you can use Habits fully on-device without one.
App data. Habits stores your daily progress, completed missions, completed workouts, promoted Core Habits and onboarding preferences. When you are signed in, this data is synchronised to your account so that it is available on your other devices. When you are not signed in, this data stays only on your device.
Purchases. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Technical information. When the App encounters an error, we may collect limited diagnostic information (such as the error message and the screen where it occurred) to help us fix the problem. This information does not include the contents of your Core Habits, missions or workouts.
What we do not collect. Habits does not use advertising trackers, does not sell personal data, does not build advertising profiles and does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, calendar or health data.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Operate and improve the App.
- Authenticate you and sync your progress across your devices.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
- Detect, prevent and fix bugs, abuse and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to run the App and your account), our legitimate interests (to keep the App secure and reliable), your consent (where required, such as optional features), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Storage and sharing
Account and sync data are stored with our backend provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) on secure servers. We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, acting as data processors under contract.
- Apple and Google, only to the extent required to process sign-in and purchases.
- Authorities, if required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and sync data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@adrionlabs.com. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@adrionlabs.com.
7. Children
Habits is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, if the changes are significant, notify you in the App.
